Preparing to Serve

Saturday, October 25th, 2014

The ministry of the Sons of GOD is to serve all mankind, pure and simple.  If you are unwilling to serve and give of yourself now in your current state or situation, do you think that you will be called to serve all mankind?  If you are insecure in the revelation of Love, you will not produce fruit of service to others.  Instead, you will continue to be a “taker” and extract time and resources from any unsuspecting soul you encounter.

Those who acquire power and authority from the world always exalt themselves above others.  They enjoy the spotlight and often belittle others in order to keep it.  True greatness does not require men’s accolades but instead focuses on how to help others in need.  They expand their influence to help mankind rather than keep their influence restricted to those who would perpetuate and support their ego.  Jesus encountered the scribes and the Pharisees who sit in Moses’ seat.  They were consistent in their quest to exalt their status above others.  Jesus set the record straight:

Matthew 23:10 And do not be called teachers; for One is your Teacher, the Christ.

11 But he who is greatest among you shall be your servant.

12 And whoever exalts himself will be humbled, and he who humbles himself will be exalted.

This is where you must discern the difference between your intent and your acts.  If you outwardly serve in order to gain notoriety, then you have missed the point.  If you are serving because you have a heart to serve, you have realized fruitfulness in your life.  We are called to serve but it must be done with the proper intent and motive.  As you die to the flesh you will want to serve and minister Love to others.  You will have no problem serving anyone whom the LORD places before you.  It may be a beggar or it may even be a wealthy person, it matters not to you.  You treat both as a ministry unto FATHER.  You will be kind to the stranger and those who profess to be your enemy.  You will be constant in your walk.  You are secure in your revelation of Love and you will bless, redeem, and restore as you are given the opportunity.

Jesus brought this home in the Gospel of Love:

John 13:1 Now before the Feast of the Passover, when Jesus knew that His hour had come that He should depart from this world to the Father, having loved His own who were in the world, He loved them to the end.

2 And supper being ended, the devil having already put it into the heart of Judas Iscariot, Simon’s son, to betray Him,

3 Jesus, knowing that the Father had given all things into His hands, and that He had come from God and was going to God,

4 rose from supper and laid aside His garments, took a towel and girded Himself.

5 After that, He poured water into a basin and began to wash the disciples’ feet, and to wipe them with the towel with which He was girded.

Here we have the SON OF GOD washing dirty, stinking, ugly feet.  This was a task reserved for the lowest servant of rank but Jesus was confident in HIS greatness as He revealed what true greatness is all about: serving others.  His example was given for us to follow.  There is no task too small or menial for ones who are called to serve.  They simply do an excellent job in whatever they are given to do.  They are easy to find when things need to get done and they don’t become invisible when the task gets difficult.  They have been known to turn off the light when everyone else has departed.  These are the ones destined to be chosen for the most critical service to mankind.  They truly embrace the call to serve ALL!  When power and authority are completed by Love, the fullness of a giving heart is manifested and is prepared to serve.

Peace, Be Still

There are three general realms where mankind dwells:  fleshly, soulish, spiritual.  The lowest form of mankind has been likened to the depths and characteristics of the sea:

Jude 12 These are spots in your love feasts, while they feast with you without fear, serving only themselves. They are clouds without water, carried about by the winds; late autumn trees without fruit, twice dead, pulled up by the roots; 13 raging waves of the sea, foaming up their own shame; wandering stars for whom is reserved the blackness of darkness forever.

In the beginning, the waters were described as darkness, without light.  This condition speaks of our ungodly state before Jesus Christ became our Sacrifice.  The Book of Beginnings describes this state of the earth:

Genesis 1:2  The earth was without form, and void; and darkness was on the face of the deep. And the Spirit of God was hovering over the face of the waters.

If there is any word that describes the state of man in the news today, “depravity” must be included in the list.  Depravity is moral corruption and wickedness, debauchery, corruption, vice, perversion, deviance, degeneracy, immorality, debauchery, dissipation, licentiousness, lechery, obscenity, indecency.  Get the picture?  Men are described as raging seas in Jude.  They are troubled and unsatisfied with their state.  Their cravings remain unfulfilled.  The prisons are full of men who have no peace and in response, they victimized others in a quest to fill the emptiness of their soul.  In Mark 7, Jesus describes this lowest level of mankind:

20 And He said, “What comes out of a man, that defiles a man.

21 For from within, out of the heart of men, proceed evil thoughts, adulteries, fornications, murders,

22 thefts, covetousness, wickedness, deceit, lewdness, an evil eye, blasphemy, pride, foolishness.

23 All these evil things come from within and defile a man.”

This raging state of mankind is often found in today’s headlines of the local news.  When I was young and living in a suburb of Oklahoma City, it was common for us to sleep with the front door open.  Back then most families did not have air conditioning so we enjoyed “flow through” ventilation.  There was no concern about some depraved man entering into our house.  Oh how times have changed.  Even locked doors cannot keep intruders from their evil motives.  The tares continue to grow and take up resources prior to the day of the harvest of the wheat.

Jesus provided us with an example of His power and authority in the story found in three of the Gospels where Jesus instructed the disciples to go by boat to the other side:

Mark 4:35 On the same day, when evening had come, He said to them, “Let us cross over to the other side.”

36 Now when they had left the multitude, they took Him along in the boat as He was. And other little boats were also with Him.

37 And a great windstorm arose, and the waves beat into the boat, so that it was already filling.

38 But He was in the stern, asleep on a pillow. And they awoke Him and said to Him, “Teacher, do You not care that we are perishing?”

39 Then He arose and rebuked the wind, and said to the sea, “Peace, be still!” And the wind ceased and there was a great calm.

There are many facets of truth packed into this story.  First of all, you can be assured that you will be tested.  The disciples were placed in a situation that would reveal their faith… or lack thereof.  There will be a great quaking of your current belief system.  This windstorm was described by Matthew (8:24) as a tempest or earthquake.  It was a great shaking.  At any rate, the disciples were being put in a situation of being tossed to and fro.  This command to “cross over” was challenging their doctrine.  Paul stated in Ephesians 4:

13 till we all come to the unity of the faith and of the knowledge of the Son of God, to a perfect man, to the measure of the stature of the fullness of Christ;

14 that we should no longer be children, tossed to and fro and carried about with every wind of doctrine, by the trickery of men, in the cunning craftiness of deceitful plotting,

15 but, speaking the truth in love, may grow up in all things into Him who is the head—Christ—

When Christ was “awakened”, He intervened by commanding the wind and the sea “Peace, be still!”  He showed the disciples that He had power and authority on all levels: the depths of the sea, land, and air.  There is no realm outside of His authority.

We are called to “cross over” from our previous state to a new state, our old revelation and understanding to the current, higher revelation and understanding.  We must leave behind our past states of maturity and ascend to the next level.  The disciples were chastised for their lack of faith.  They thought they would perish during the crossover.  Jesus responded, “Why are you fearful, O you of little faith?” (Matthew 8:26).

As we ascend to the higher realm and are led by the Spirit, we too will have dominion over the sea of humanity.  When confronted with the coming great confusion and quaking of fear, we should expect to take command of the situation and proclaim “Peace, be still!” and there will be great peace come upon the people and then all of humanity will be as a sea of glass.

Playing with People’s Futures

People on Social Security just can’t get a break.  They work under a mandated set of assumptions and guidelines for multiple decades and when it comes time to receive the benefits, they get shortchanged.  Some people don’t realize that the employers were required to match the employee contributions.  At the current rate, a total of 15.3% goes to the U.S. Treasury for each dollar the average person earns.

From the headlines of John Williams’ www.shadowstats.com :

2015 Social Security COLA (cost-of-living-adjustment) at 1.7%
Would Have Been 9.4% without Existing Gimmicks for Understating Inflation

The big boys playing with the numbers have no idea what it takes for the average retiree to make ends meet.  They are rather insulated from the harshness of inflationary food prices at the local grocery store.  $7 for a block of cheese?  I requested an armed guard to accompany me and my cheese to my car.

The average price for a pound of ground beef climbed to another record high–$4.096 per pound–in the United States in September, according to data released today by the Bureau of Labor Statistics (BLS).

In August, according to BLS, the average price for a pound of all types of ground beef topped $4 for the first time–hitting $4.013. In September, the average price jumped .083 cents, an increase of 2.1 percent in one month.

A year ago, in September 2013, the average price for a pound of ground beef was $3.502 per pound. Since then, it has climbed 59.4 cents–or about 17 percent in one year.

A picture was worth 1.7% but it should have been worth 9.4%:

Our Forerunner

Thursday, October 23rd, 2014

John 14:6   Jesus said to him, “I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through Me.”

Jesus clearly established that He is THE WAY.  In the wilderness, the Presence of OUR FATHER was manifested in The Most Holy Place, protected by a veil.  The same was true in the Temple in Jerusalem.  The veil was a dividing wall from HIS Presence in the Holy of Holies.  The veil was placed there by HIS Love for us to protect us from certain death for sin could not survive in HIS Presence.

Jesus established a better covenant and became mediator on our behalf.  Hebrews Chapter 5:

5 So also Christ did not glorify Himself to become High Priest, but it was He who said to Him:

“You are My Son,

Today I have begotten You.”

6 As He also says in another place:

“You are a priest forever

According to the order of Melchizedek”

This passage refers to Psalm 110, quoted in yesterday’s writing.  Jesus is the High Priest of the Order.  The word “Order” refers to a group of priests, not just one.  One belongs to an Order and Jesus paved the way for us to be admitted to this Order.  Many are called to take the test and as a result of the call and results of the “test”, a few are chosen.  As Kemper mentioned in last Sunday’s Bible study, the chosen are those who have been and are continuing to prepare for the priesthood.   Our preparation first focused on becoming a mature son but it did not end there.  A mature son ministers joy to THE FATHER.  That is only half of the ministry.  The second part of the ministry is to further the name and character of THE FATHER in all the earth.  The priesthood acts as a bridge of reconciliation and restoration.  They bring Heaven to earth and Jesus is the forerunner or pattern Son for this full and complete ministry:

Hebrews 6:19 This hope we have as an anchor of the soul, both sure and steadfast, and which enters the Presence behind the veil,

20 where the forerunner has entered for us, even Jesus, having become High Priest forever according to the order of Melchizedek.

Jesus removed the separation of the veil for the Sons to have full and complete access to the Throne of Our Heavenly Father, the center of HIS power and authority.  A forerunner is one who comes in advance to a place where the rest are to follow.  Jesus has cleared the path for us to enter in:

Hebrews 10:19 Therefore, brethren, having boldness to enter the Holiest by the blood of Jesus,

20 by a new and living way which He consecrated for us, through the veil, that is, His flesh,

21 and having a High Priest over the house of God,

22 let us draw near with a true heart in full assurance of faith, having our hearts sprinkled from an evil conscience and our bodies washed with pure water

The vast majority of Christians will not be a part of this Order just as most Israelites were not of the tribe of Levi.  There were twelve camps placed around the Tabernacle in the wilderness: north, south, east, and west.  Between those twelve tribes and the Tabernacle was the camp of Levites:

Numbers 2:17 “And the tabernacle of meeting shall move out with the camp of the Levites in the middle of the camps; as they camp, so they shall move out, everyone in his place, by their standards.”

The Levites were in the “gap” between the Tabernacle and the rest of the tribes, by design of Our FATHER.

Most Christians are content in the Outer Court living the life of salvation.  Others proceeded to the Holy Place, known for the reflective light from the candlestick and being satisfied with the baptism, gifts, and moves of the Spirit.  They become complacent with receiving from the five-fold ministry.  However, the Remnant is called to proceed into HIS Presence.  They are continuing to press in to the full maturity of Sons and are being shown THE WAY into the Holy of Holies, the Most Holy Place!  These are the ones who see (in the understanding and knowledge) that Jesus is the forerunner of the destiny of the “called out” ones, those who will be the partakers of Divine nature:

2 Peter 1:2 Grace and peace be multiplied to you in the knowledge of God and of Jesus our Lord,

3 as His divine power has given to us all things that pertain to life and godliness, through the knowledge of Him who called us by glory and virtue,

4 by which have been given to us exceedingly great and precious promises, that through these you may be partakers of the divine nature, having escaped the corruption that is in the world through lust.

Jesus Christ, our forerunner, arrived at His final destination: the Throne in the midst of Heaven.  He is the King of Kings and the Lord of Lords, as well as the High Priest of the Order of Melchizedek.  He is both King and Priest as well as our pattern to follow.  We have been apprehended by OUR FATHER to rule and reign once the time of preparation is completed.  We will join Jesus Christ around His Throne where His power and authority reside for He has shown us THE WAY!

PREPARE ME A BODY, SHOW ME THE MONEY

Wednesday, October 22nd, 2014

Sharing from Shari:

Hello again from your friend in Oklahoma! The Christ in me is being compelled to share and edify in Love. We should be seeing more of this as John compels us to do "so much more as we see the day approaching", Heb 10:23-24. The context of Hebrews chapter 10 begins with Jesus’ worshippers discarding the "shadow"" Law, who once purged should have no more conscience of sins. His Body must purge out this old leaven that we may be a new unleavened lump, 1Cor 5:7. The old Law served its purpose for the Age for which it was sent. Just as Moses did not enter the Promised Land, the New Creation cannot bring the old leaven forward into the New Age of the Millennium. There has been a change of the Law from Moses to Melchizedek, to the Law of the Spirit of Life in Christ Jesus. He is at the right hand of Authority seated in the Divine Court and has become the Law of God written on our hearts of flesh by the finger of God, His Spirit. We must put to death our identity with the Law of Moses and gird our loins with the Law of the Spirit of Life in Christ Jesus. As kings and priests, we must identify with Christ the King and Melchizedek the Priest.

We all KNOW this, but our words are Messengers therefore our choice of words is VITAL to the MESSAGE we convey and the IMAGE we show forth. We have to get our Message right to Manifest the Angel of His Presence and bring forth the Manifestation of His Sons.

Discernment came forth on October 19 that concerns IDENTITY. "We are what we say we are", just as "We are what we eat". The Body of Christ cannot have any old leaven that could cause DOUBLE MINDEDNESS and distort His IDENTITY. The Physician must heal Himself by clearing up His marred Image. When Jesus was in the world He basically said, "stop offering YOUR sacrifices and start preparing Me a Body", Heb 10:5. It is His Bride, His Body that prepares Herself and makes Herself ready to receive Him, her Head and Husband. This cannot occur until we come into Unity with One Another in Him, as "bone of His bone and flesh of His flesh".

We must remove any division that could cause a speck in our "eye" and create double mindedness. We must get our eye off of SELF. If what we say is self-serving and does not Manifest Christ, then we must spit it out and cast it to the ground as salt that has lost its flavor. We are One Body, and our Profession of Faith must not waver, as this produces double mindedness in our members. Just as the Israelites got tired of eating Manna, some of the "Spiritual Bread" we have been eating is just as stale and void of flavor as the wafers we swallow and call "Communion". This is what Disunity tastes like. Peter and Paul had a difference of opinion, Jew vs. Greek. Instead of THIS or THAT, it was BOTH. If BOTH are TRUE, then Love of the Truth requires that BOTH be eaten in COMMON-UNION. Read 1Cor 11:16-34, and dig into the Strong’s meanings of those words.

The last thing Jesus did with His disciples before the Cross was share the Lord’s Supper. He told us we must eat His Body and drink His Blood, which brings me back to Heb 10:23-24, as there is so much MEET in this verse. John is describing the "Assembling of the Lord’s Body".

"HOLD FAST" describes possessing the LAND, or bringing the Internal to the External, Heaven to Earth. http://www.blueletterbible.org/lang/lexicon/lexicon.cfm?Strongs=G2722&t=KJV.

The verb is "echo" http://www.blueletterbible.org/lang/lexicon/lexicon.cfm?strongs=G2192&t=KJV. That word in English implies that Jesus hears His Bride’s VOICE in us clearly calling out to Him, with no distortion or disunity. The meaning of the Hebrew word "echo" is to have, own, and possess external things such as pertain to riches (treasure), furniture, utensils, goods or food used by those joined to any one by the bonds of natural Blood (inheritance) or Marriage or Friendship by duty or by law (legal right) of attendance (tending to) or companionship (in the Presence of). Just as Jesus was in Mary at her wedding, as we clean SELF out of our treasure trunk His Bride makes herself ready with His Manchild and calls out to Jesus for the Wedding Supper.

John says to "CONSIDER One Another to provoke unto Love and to Good Works." The Good Work being "prepared" in His Bride is CHRIST IN US. The wise virgins are watching, taking HEED, and filling their lamps with the OIL of Christ. This oil must be extracted from His Olives (all-lives) as His many members take heed to consider one another. "Take heed that ye despise not one of these little ones; for I say unto you, that in heaven their Angels do always behold the Face (Presence) of my Father which is in heaven.  Mat 18:10. What we do to the least of these, we do to Christ in us.

The Hebrew word for flesh is the masculine noun "basar" whose verb means to bear news, bear tidings, publish, preach, SHOW FORTH, to gladden with good news, to announce (salvation) as good news. The Hebrew word Adam used for his wife, or "bone" of his bone is the feminine noun "etsem" which means essence or substance of and its verb means to be vast, be numerous, be mighty, to make strong, to shut (the eyes), close (the eyes). Chew on that awhile!

The flesh and bone Body of Christ SHOWS FORTH the Good News, His Word Manifest in Flesh. His many Members are mighty in strength because they walk not by sight, but by the Spirit. Likewise the closing of the eye indicates that SELF has been put to death in order to put on Christ and open the eye of the Spirit. The natural man gets his life from his blood. Since Flesh and Blood cannot inherit the Kingdom of God, SELF must be sown in death to be raised in Life with a Flesh and Bone Body like unto His. This is the First Resurrection at the Last Trump. The New Creation is the Temple of God and the Wine in His Vessels is the Lifeblood of the Holy Spirit. The Flesh and Blood of the New Creation IS the Bread of Heaven and the Wine of His Spirit served at the Lord’s Supper.

Everyone who has this Hope PURIFIES Himself, just as He is Pure, 1Jn 3:3. We should be seeking the Lord and feeling after Him to find HIM in Whom we Live, Move, and have our BEing–for we are His Offspring (Acts 17:27-18). To bring forth the Manchild’s Birth, we must bring the Internal to the External, but first we must assemble His Body. HOW DO WE DO THIS?

Every scribe which is instructed unto the kingdom of heaven [must be] like unto a man that is an householder, which brings forth out of his treasure things new and old, Mat 13:52. Again, the kingdom of heaven is like unto a net, that was cast into the sea, and gathered of every kind: which when it was full, they drew to shore, and sat down, and gathered the good into VESSELS, but cast the bad away, Mat 13:47. We must NOW reach into this dragnet and sort through all the fish. Fish are not people, they symbolize spiritual food. There is much "food" being eaten and proclaimed as the Lord’s Supper that is NOT His Flesh therefore does not proclaim Him. We must sort out the good from the bad, and gather the good into Peter’s net of 153 "large" fishes http://www.blueletterbible.org/lang/lexicon/lexicon.cfm?Strongs=G3173&t=NKJV. This net symbolizes the Manchild with Pure Blood in His VESSELS.

After this, Jesus said “Come and eat breakfast.” This morning Meal symbolizes the Dawn of a New Day, the Kingdom Millennium. The disciples did not recognize this Man as Jesus but they KNEW it was Him when He came and took the bread and gave it to them, and likewise the fish. This IS NOW the third time Jesus showed Himself to His disciples after He was raised from the dead (Passover, Pentecost, and Tabernacles). So when they had eaten breakfast, Jesus posed the same question to Peter 3 times, “Simon, son of Jonah, do you love Me?” He said to Him, “Yes, Lord; You know that I love You.” Each time Peter said Yes, Jesus gave Him a Command. Jesus is showing us that if we Love Him, we will do what HE Says.

“Feed My lambs." (Passover)

“Tend My sheep.” (Pentecost, "tending" indicates a "tarrying")

“Feed My sheep" (Tabernacles)

These three times Jesus questioned Peter symbolize Him making an assessment of His Church. It stands to reason for this assessment to come at the Head of the Year since that is when we expect to hear the Last Trump. To be "trumpeted" as His Body or His Assembly we must have a Pure Heart that has His Pure Love running through our vessels. For Perfect to come, we must come to the Unity of the Faith. There must be is a Consensus of Agreement.

There was a Census taken last year that I believe initiated the Lord’s summons of His Members to change the Water of Instruction into the Wine of His Spirit. Silver coins were collected to represent His Remnant. Silver represents Redemption. This is pictured in Mat 22:19-21 when Jesus said, "Show me the tribute money." (like Jerry Maguire). And they brought unto him a penny. And He said unto them, "Whose is this IMAGE and superscription?" They say unto Him, "Caesar’s." Then said He unto them, "Render therefore unto Caesar the things which are Caesar’s; and unto God the things that are God’s." When Silver changes to Gold, we will possess His Divine Nature. When the face on our coins reflect His Image, then He will pay His Tribute to God. We must be about Our Brother’s business of fishing out these coins!

We cannot rob God, being prevented by our false humility and fear of stealing His Glory, John 7:18. When He gave us His Holy Spirit, He gave us all power and authority to do the Greater Work of producing Christ In Us, therefore Jesus Himself enlisted the New Creation and made this a JOINT effort on our PART, Eph 4:16.

We are His House-Holders. His Kingdom is at our hand!

We must identify ourselves as Jesus, the Son of Man. If "We are what we say we are" then:

Instead of our own "prophetic" works, "We must Do ONLY what we saw Jesus Do."

Instead of our own "Divinations", "We must Say ONLY what we saw Him Say.

He who has ears to hear, Let Him Hear.

The New Creation is the Son of Man and rightful King of heaven and earth. We are transitioning out of Babylon into the Kingdom of His Dear Son. Beltshazzar was the last king of Babylon. He was dethroned after he saw the handwriting on the wall because he drank wine out of the vessels from the temple of God.  He was weighed in the balance and sentenced to death. I see this as a type of death in the old becoming Life in the New, 2Cor 4:12. When Jesus the Master of the Feast has tasted PURE WINE in His vessels from His Temple, the Mind of Christ in US, He will confirm that the old has passed away, and sound the Last Trump to declare "Behold, I make all things new.", Rev 21:5.

May Christ be lifted up.

Love in Him,

Shari

Standing in the Gap

Wednesday, October 22nd, 2014

A gap is an unfilled space or interval; a break in continuity, a cleft, a divide, a fissure.  In the Old Covenant, the Levitical priesthood served in the Tabernacle.  Aaron and his four sons were called to be the high priest, five in one.  Only Aaron was to singularly enter the Holy of Holies on the Day of Atonement.  All other administration was accomplished by all five:

Exodus 28:1  “Now take Aaron your brother, and his sons with him, from among the children of Israel, that he may minister to Me as priest, Aaron and Aaron’s sons: Nadab, Abihu, Eleazar, and Ithamar.”

The job of the high priest was to enter into the Holy of Holies on behalf OF the people and exit the Presence of FATHER to minister TO the people.  The priest acted as a mediator or intermediary, standing in the gap.  The Levitical priesthood had a five-fold ministry (Aaron and his sons) just as the Pentecost Age had an expanded five-fold ministry:

Ephesians 4:11 And He Himself gave some to be apostles, some prophets, some evangelists, and some pastors and teachers,

12 for the equipping of the saints for the work of ministry, for the edifying of the body of Christ,

13 till we all come to the unity of the faith and of the knowledge of the Son of God, to a perfect man, to the measure of the stature of the fullness of Christ;

The five-fold ministry in both ages was to minister revelation of Who the FATHER is in a world that desperately needs to know.  Both ministries had the same purpose of promoting a more mature and greater relationship of the people with Our Creator.  The meanings of the names of the first five-fold ministry points to the ministry of the third Age of ministry- the Order of Melchizedek:

Aaron = "light bringer"

Nadab = "willing and generous offering"

Abihu = "he is (my) father"

Eleazar = "God has helped or Divinely enabled"

Ithamar = "country of palms"

We are to bring light and revelation to all mankind.  We freely and generously offer ourselves up in Love on behalf of Our FATHER.  HE Divinely enables us to operate as priests to the world of palms (mankind in his varied conditions).

Palm (Hebrew: Tamar) denote bitterness through and through and is a feminine plural word.  The feminine aspect points to the soul.  The priestly ministry is to replace bitterness in men’s souls with peace from Above:

Hebrews 12:14 Pursue peace with all people, and holiness, without which no one will see the Lord:

15 looking carefully lest anyone fall short of the grace of God; lest any root of bitterness springing up cause trouble, and by this many become defiled;

The third Age of Tabernacles will see the fullness of the priesthood and it will be one without limitation.  It is known as the Order of Melchizedek, the enduring priesthood.  Psalm 110 prophesies of this priesthood:

1 The LORD said to my Lord,

“Sit at My right hand,

Till I make Your enemies Your footstool.”

2 The LORD shall send the rod of Your strength out of Zion.

Rule in the midst of Your enemies!

3 Your people shall be volunteers

In the day of Your power;

In the beauties of holiness, from the womb of the morning,

You have the dew of Your youth.

4 The LORD has sworn

And will not relent,

“You are a priest forever

According to the order of Melchizedek.”

5 The Lord is at Your right hand;

He shall execute kings in the day of His wrath.

6 He shall judge among the nations,

He shall fill the places with dead bodies,

He shall execute the heads of many countries.

7 He shall drink of the brook by the wayside;

Therefore He shall lift up the head.

This third and final priesthood will bring forth the knowledge of HIS Glory to all the earth with the ultimate result of filling the earth with HIS Glory.  The calling for this priesthood has gone forth.  Those who have been chosen to be the “generous offering of Love” for all mankind are in the final stages of preparation.  They know that the fullness of their calling is yet to be manifested and are anticipating the day of full activation of authority and power to bring forth the ministry to all of mankind.  They will bridge the gap between OUR FATHER and mankind.

Seedtime and Harvest

Tuesday, October 21st, 2014

Many have believed the Old Testament is of minor value since we have the New Testament.  Clearly, the Jewish nation focuses on the Old Testament as its religious basis of study.  When I was a young believer, the ministers promoted the idea of the limitations of the Old Testament thus marginalizing its value.  The exceptions were typically Psalms, Proverbs, and tithing.  In my personal walk, Our Heavenly Father decided to correct this.  HE removed Pam and me from church and then for 18 years my studies were highly impacted by the Old Testament.  Why, would you ask?

The Old Testament contains the seeds that are harvested in the New Testament.  The Divine Intent displayed in the many stories and sage advise in the Law and the Prophets point to the manifestations in the New Testament.  The Old Testament was a manifestation of the physical whereas the New Testament reveals the manifestation of the Spiritual.  The types, shadows, numbers, name meanings, stories, and prophecies all point to the reality in the Spiritual realm.  As we study the Law, we can appreciate the Lawgiver.  The Law was given to Moses and then we were shown how Israel could not keep the Law.  In the New Testament, Our Heavenly Father moves the Law from external to internal.  HE proclaims to the “Remnant of Israel”:

Jeremiah 31:31 “Behold, the days are coming, says the LORD, when I will make a new covenant with the house of Israel and with the house of Judah—

32 not according to the covenant that I made with their fathers in the day that I took them by the hand to lead them out of the land of Egypt, My covenant which they broke, though I was a husband to them, says the LORD.

33 But this is the covenant that I will make with the house of Israel after those days, says the LORD: I will put My law in their minds, and write it on their hearts; and I will be their God, and they shall be My people.

34 No more shall every man teach his neighbor, and every man his brother, saying, ‘Know the LORD,’ for they all shall know Me, from the least of them to the greatest of them, says the LORD. For I will forgive their iniquity, and their sin I will remember no more.”

The above passage is repeated and confirmed in Hebrews 10:

15 But the Holy Spirit also witnesses to us; for after He had said before,

16 “This is the covenant that I will make with them after those days, says the LORD: I will put My laws into their hearts, and in their minds I will write them,”

17 then He adds, “Their sins and their lawless deeds I will remember no more.”

The New Testament is the culmination of the seeds planted in the Old Testament.  It contains the fruit of the harvest.  The Divine Intent of Love comes into full manifestation in Jesus Christ being formed in the womb and brought forth as the first begotten Son of Our Heavenly Father.  The Law and the Prophets pointed to Jesus Christ from every observable viewpoint.  Children need physical examples as they grow and mature.

When we were first married, the house we bought had a floor furnace.  The 720 square foot house was built in 1939.  Back then a floor furnace heated the whole house… more or less.  The furnace had a metal grate and it became scorching hot after the furnace had been on for awhile.  Pam needed to educate our toddler concerning the danger of the furnace.  He was not old enough to reason with so it was necessary to show him the “physical”.  She took him close enough to the grate for him to feel the discomfort of too much heat but not enough to burn him.  He responded accordingly.  From that day, he stayed away from the grate.  Had he been more mature and experienced in understanding the physical laws and their ramifications, she could have simply warned him.

When we want to gain the greatest perspective and appreciation, we must consider both Testaments.  We can surely appreciate how NOT to do things as recorded in the many stories in the Old Testament.

The feasts and the Tabernacle in the wilderness provide us excellent external examples of the internal process of maturity.  We are provided with great detail of this Tabernacle.  Each word, description, name, and number were carefully selected by Our Heavenly Father to point us to the culmination of the Age to come.  The immature read those descriptions and get bored because they lack the wisdom, understanding, and knowledge to embrace the mysteries being revealed.  Others attempt to hold on to Old Testament methodology at the expense of Spiritual progress.  They form external traditions with the expectation that Our Heavenly Father will be coerced into performing in response to their diligent acts.

The same Author wrote both Testaments and HE did not change between the two writings.  Both represent HIS Divine Intent and the old points to the new and is a progression toward the fullness of time on earth.  The three feasts are physical representations of the Sons’ spiritual progress in being perfected.  Justification, sanctification, and glorification are expressed in order by those feasts.  There is no way to bypass any portion of this process.  Salvation must occur first.  Leaving Egypt was accomplished by those who embraced the Passover Lamb’s blood.  Those that didn’t… perished.  This first feast revealed the Love of Our Heavenly Father.  It pointed to the ultimate fulfillment of the feast by Jesus dying on the cross.  First the physical, then the Spiritual.  First the seed, then the fruit.  Embrace the process and full maturity will come.

The First Son was the “seed”.  The many-membered Body of Christ is the fruit.  As Genesis 8:22 declares:

“While the earth remains,
Seedtime and harvest,
Cold and heat,
Winter and summer,
And day and night
Shall not cease.”

The Apostle Paul concisely stated the essence of both Testaments:

Colossians 2:16 So let no one judge you in food or in drink, or regarding a festival or a new moon or sabbaths, 17 which are a shadow of things to come, but the substance is of Christ.

Paul also reveals the fruit being “many-membered” in nature in the following verse:

1 Corinthians 12:12  For as the body is one and has many members, but all the members of that one body, being many, are one body, so also is Christ.

Just before Jesus went to the cross, He planted “seed” on behalf of the Sons.  He understood the need to speak, proclaim, and plant the Word in the physical.  In this passage, He speaks of the unity of the many members in Christ.  Since He only spoke what FATHER instructed Him to speak, we are provided with details of FATHER’S Divine Intent:

John 17:20 “I do not pray for these alone, but also for those who will believe in Me through their word;

21 that they all may be one, as You, Father, are in Me, and I in You; that they also may be one in Us, that the world may believe that You sent Me.

22 And the glory which You gave Me I have given them, that they may be one just as We are one:

23 I in them, and You in Me; that they may be made perfect in one, and that the world may know that You have sent Me, and have loved them as You have loved Me.

Everything in Scripture, ultimately points to the “substance” of Christ.  The harvest is ripening!

Bringing Many Sons to Glory

Monday, October 20th, 2014

Hebrews 2:10 For it was fitting for Him, for whom are all things and by whom are all things, in bringing many sons to glory, to make the captain of their salvation perfect through sufferings. 11 For both He who sanctifies and those who are being sanctified are all of one, for which reason He is not ashamed to call them brethren, 12 saying:

“I will declare Your name to My brethren;

In the midst of the assembly I will sing praise to You.”

13 And again:

“I will put My trust in Him.”

And again:

“Here am I and the children whom God has given Me.”

Jesus Christ is the firstborn Son of Our Heavenly Father.  The word “firstborn” indicates the reality that other sons are to come.  We will have the benefit of His resurrection power and therefore the fullness as well.  This enables us to do the greater things Jesus spoke of.

The purpose of these sons is to bring HIS government forth on earth.  This government will replace all other current forms of government.  The wars will cease, poverty will be replace with sufficiency in all things.  Repentance will be widespread and the tears will be wiped away as men turn from their wicked ways.  All the enemies shall be dealt with and place under His feet.  Death will no longer be an issue.

The church age was know by it various “moves”.  We were given an earnest of the Holy Spirit.  We were given gifts, those impartations with some limitation.  We were given the five-fold ministry to train us up when we were childish and immature.  But when we are fully mature, we no longer are given the “earnest” of the Spirit, we are given the fullness of the Spirit just as Jesus operated in the fullness.  But we have even greater things to accomplish as He explained:

John 14:12 “Most assuredly, I say to you, he who believes in Me, the works that I do he will do also; and greater works than these he will do, because I go to My Father. 13 And whatever you ask in My name, that I will do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son. 14 If you ask anything in My name, I will do it.

He spoke of His resurrection power which would become available to the Sons after the cross.  Our Heavenly Father will be glorified in the many Sons who have been apprehended for HIS purpose.  These are the ones who are drawn upward into full maturity.  These are the ones who are ascending in Love to the point where they can truly say “as He is, so are we”.

These are the Sons who do not need to promote types, shadows, timings, prophetic signs, or the like.  When the manifestation has arrived, you no longer need a sign pointing to that day.  In the past, many were led to believe that we could only receive a limited portion of the Spirit and that the fullness was only available to Jesus Christ in unlimited measure.  I am fully persuaded that Jesus meant every word that was given to Him by Our Heavenly Father in the above passage.  Have you seen anyone operate in the anointing Jesus spoke of in the above passage?  Jesus operated without limitation in His earthly ministry and we will too as we come into fully maturity IN HIM!  It has been foreordained that we be here at this point in history, HE foreknew us.  Accept this reality and you will begin to overcome the old fleshly man’s pull to keep you away from this precious truth.  It is time we be led fully by the SPIRIT and set aside all the focus on the world’s path toward destruction.

The Pentecost Age was the age of “in part”.  We could receive a portion of this and a portion of that but not the fullness.  There are those who are satisfied with this realm.  I have no issue with their goal and purpose in life.  There are those who desire the deeper things of the Spirit, who want to ascend to HIS fullness in order to serve all of mankind.  These Sons have HIS vision of the entire earth, not just a circle of friends, neighbors, towns, cities, states, or countries.  The whole earth!  Do we dare consider that we could be a part of something that big?  Nothing is impossible to him who believes!  We are only bound by our self-imposed restriction.  Our Heavenly Father in HIS Wisdom provided us with the Revelation of Jesus Christ so that those with ears to hear and eyes to see would be able to comprehend the Truth that HE is bringing many Sons to Glory!

One of the benefits of age is the first hand experience of recent history.  I have personally witnessed past “moves” of the Holy Spirit.  We attended “Faith” conferences, “Healing” meetings, and witnessed the “Toronto Blessing”.  I watched great evangelists minister live on TV, some with hundreds of thousands in attendance.  Some people call those the good ol’ days, I simply call them the past.  The ministry of Jesus Christ is to move us forward, upward, and into full maturity.  We are not to stop or return to the past.  We are to move onward and upward.  He stated in Luke chapter 9:

57 Now it happened as they journeyed on the road, that someone said to Him, “Lord, I will follow You wherever You go.”

58 And Jesus said to him, “Foxes have holes and birds of the air have nests, but the Son of Man has nowhere to lay His head.”

59 Then He said to another, “Follow Me.”

But he said, “Lord, let me first go and bury my father.”

60 Jesus said to him, “Let the dead bury their own dead, but you go and preach the kingdom of God.”

61 And another also said, “Lord, I will follow You, but let me first go and bid them farewell who are at my house.”

62 But Jesus said to him, “No one, having put his hand to the plow, and looking back, is fit for the kingdom of God.”

Foxholes and nests have one thing in common, they are permanent, immovable locations.  They represent past moves of the Holy Spirit and there are people and ministries today that cling to those past movements, somehow hoping that they will find the key to glory.  Standing water stagnates and begins to stink after a period of time.  Water in movement doesn’t.

If there is anything consistent in church history, it is the fact that over time revelation turns into church doctrine and later becomes empty traditions of men.  Martin Luther had a revelation and later the Lutheran church was born.  The baptism of the Holy Spirit was “revived” in Topeka, Kansas, around 1900 and later the Pentecostal church arose to prominence.  Once church buildings are built, you can be assured that the revelation of the movement is coming to a close.

I recently made a trip to Glastonbury England to visit Brian and Frieda Williams.  Those of you who attended Port Austin meetings in the early 2000’s may have met and heard Brian speak.  Our Heavenly Father orchestrated the trip for manifold purposes.  One such purpose was to hear “reel to reel” tapes of William Branham, one of the “fathers” of the past moves of the Holy Spirit.  Bill was an uneducated man that was used by Our Heavenly Father to do great and mighty things.  Many were healed and he often operated in the “word of knowledge” identifying those who had sickness and disease… they were healed.  There is no doubt that his ministry was very fruitful.  William Branham is gone and so is that move of the Spirit.  Let’s move on and not try to resurrect a past move or revelation.  There is no need to bury the father.  There are those who have built permanent residences in the wilderness that have plenty of time to bury the dead.  The will continue to focus and live in the past.

Some have participated in recent moves.  Some of these moves may were prophetic in nature, other included healing methods, and yet other areas were of some specific spiritual focus.  These are moves in the “current” house but Jesus instructed us to move on and not look back.  Don’t look back at your past work.  It’s done.  It’s finished.  We must focus our attention of what Our Heavenly Father is doing now.  This is exactly why the children of Israel were to dwell in tents rather than build permanent structures.  When the Cloud moved, they packed up and moved.  I’m sure they kept it simple!  This is a type and shadow of our spiritual walk.  The wilderness represents the Holy Place where the candlestick with seven candles is found.  Those seven candles represents the church age, the age of trials, testing, and tribulation.  The Holy Place is not our destination, it is the Holy of Holies… in Heaven, the highest realm, the third Heaven, not the second.  Candles have to be managed and maintained, the Shekinah Glory doesn’t.  Do you want to continue living in the “high maintenance” realm?  Not me, I see no need to focus on the past movements and try to reproduce them.  We must keep our focus on the path before us.  There are less and less of us on this path.  That is okay.  We are drawn toward the Light of HIS Presence.  There is no going back!
