Preparation of the Remnant

Yesterday I mentioned the fact that the Remnant for the Age of Pentecost was fully trained before that Day arrived.  Their final training of 40 days was by Our Lord Jesus Christ.  In John chapter 20 we find another aspect of their preparation:

19  Then, the same day at evening, being the first day of the week, when the doors were shut where the disciples were assembled, for fear of the Jews, Jesus came and stood in the midst, and said to them, “Peace be with you.” 20  When He had said this, He showed them His hands and His side. Then the disciples were glad when they saw the Lord.

21  So Jesus said to them again, “Peace to you! As the Father has sent Me, I also send you.” 22  And when He had said this, He breathed on them, and said to them, “Receive the Holy Spirit. 23  If you forgive the sins of any, they are forgiven them; if you retain the sins of any, they are retained.”

People tend to look at the external signs as an indication of the “trigger” for the coming of the Kingdom.  Do you think that Our Heavenly Father is going to let Babylon fall with a Remnant who are not fully prepared?  HE hasn’t done that in the past and I don’t think HE will do it during this transition either.  You must ask yourself the following questions:

Do I have a full revelation of Love to the point where I see fruit of Love abounding in my life?

Do I have a revelation of the Law from Love’s perspective and can see why Our Heavenly Father invoked each Law for us to live by?

Do I understand the Divine Intent so that as Babylon falls I will respond in faith rather than fear?

Am I moving into unity with others with the same revelation or am I judging and remaining isolated or separated because they don’t have the revelation that I have?

Am I trying to change others rather than focusing on myself?

Am I clinging to the trappings of the current system or could I walk away from it today?

I believe that Jesus Christ will impart the necessary power and authority to the Remnant just before or as Babylon falls.  Those who are in unity will be empowered just like those who were in the Upper Room.  After His resurrection, Jesus breathed on the disciples.  He imparted a portion of His glorified life into them.  It was sufficient for the Age of Pentecost.  Our Heavenly Father breathed into Adam’s nostrils and gave him a glorified existence that lasted until the fall.  I believe that Adam walked in that state for 33 1/2 years.  After the fall, it took his body a long time to be overcome by death.

Our job is to prepare our vessels for the Purpose of the Remnant.  Our Heavenly Father has led us to provide the brethren with teachings to assist in this preparation.  Would you read an entire book for one new revelation?  I would and I do.  That is called thirsting and hungering after righteousness.  If Our Heavenly Father is in it, so am I.  This is why HE led us to publish the books offered at www.unity153.net.  This is why we offer them at no charge to those who have no resources.  This is why Stephen Jones at www.gods-kingdom-ministries.net writes blogs and books.  Are we infallible in our writings?  No, not yet.  However, I believe our intent is to line up with Our Heavenly Father’s Divine Intent.  The disciples spent 3 1/2 years following Jesus and had many occasions of “missing it”.  But once they were in their final training phase and breathed on, the fullness of their ministry came forth.  We need to focus on our own preparation, Our Heavenly Father will take care of the rest.  As I write this, I get ministered to by Our Heavenly Father so if I end up being the only one who reads these words, it is still worth it to me.  “Now is the time!”
