Colossians 3:14 Beyond all these things put on love, which is the perfect bond of unity.
My deepest desire is to be a manifested expression of My Heavenly Father on earth. I have come to realize the path to this fulfillment is by the revelation of Love. Love IS the bond of perfection. It is what we should seek “Above all”.
Our Heavenly Father wants us to be in unity, but unity can only be obtained by those who, above all, focus on walking in Love. Otherwise, there will always be a schism (division) of some type:
1 Corinthians 12:25 That there should be no schism in the body; but [that] the members should have the same care one for another.
Paul understood the need for unity:
1 Corinthians 1:10 Now I plead with you, brethren, by the name of our Lord Jesus Christ, that you all speak the same thing, and that there be no divisions among you, but that you be perfectly joined together in the same mind and in the same judgment (thought, purpose).
Love is the unifying factor among the brethren. It is the bond of unity and perfection. I would submit that any action, thought, or direction that leads you away from unity has at its source, your ego, your fleshly man. “Divide and conquer” is the modus operandi of the ego. On the other hand “Unite and serve” is the method of operation of Love. Unity153 represents the latter. The first step of unity is to identify those who wish to unite in purpose. This is being accomplished as people identify themselves at a common location. The website www.unity153.net accomplishes that purpose on a global platform. The second step is to identify thought and purpose among those who are coming into unity. This is done by identifying gifts and callings. In addition, an expression of faith and commitment is needed, thus the Census was called. To what end? Isn’t that ultimately the question?
“Let the word of Christ dwell in you richly, teaching and admonishing one another in all wisdom.”
As this anointing comes forth, then:
“God anointed Jesus of Nazareth with the Holy Ghost and with power: who went about doing good, and healing all that were oppressed of the devil; for God was with him.”
In unity, we will be anointed with the Holy Ghost and with power. We will go about doing good, and heal all that are oppressed of the devil; for God will be with us. We will walk in the bond of perfection with Our Heavenly Father and we will all serve mankind in HIS righteousness.
