The right hand of God is a realm of power and authority and this is where Christ resides. Paul speaks of this in Ephesians Chapter 1:
17 that the God of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of glory, may give to you the spirit of wisdom and revelation in the knowledge of Him, 18 the eyes of your understanding being enlightened; that you may know what is the hope of His calling, what are the riches of the glory of His inheritance in the saints, 19 and what is the exceeding greatness of His power toward us who believe, according to the working of His mighty power
His inheritance is in His saints, the Remnant, the overcomers who have the eyes of their understanding enlightened. Those of us who rise up to Heavenly places will have access to the mighty power resident in HIS Right Hand. This is the same power:
20 which He worked in Christ when He raised Him from the dead and seated Him at His right hand in the heavenly places, 21 far above all principality and power and might and dominion, and every name that is named, not only in this age but also in that which is to come.
22 And He put all things under His feet, and gave Him to be head over all things to the church,23 which is His body, the fullness of Him who fills all in all.
What a glorious revelation! We have been shown the Way to the fullness of our individual and unique callings in the Body of Christ which is seated or residing at HIS Right Hand. We are to sit with HIM in the Heavenly Places and from that Spiritual vantage point we will operate on earth as priests in the Order of Melchizedek. This vantage point is the highest authority and power far above all else in existence. After His resurrection, Jesus told His disciples in Matthew 28:18, “All power and authority has been given to Me in heaven and on earth.” He had been seated at the Right Hand of FATHER.
In Hebrews Chapter 10, we are once again shown where Jesus resides:
12 But this Man, after He had offered one sacrifice for sins forever, sat down at the right hand of God,
13 from that time waiting till His enemies are made His footstool.
14 For by one offering He has perfected forever those who are being sanctified.
Where are “his enemies”? They are in this world, not in some distant galaxy. Who is going to conquer those enemies? It will be those who are chosen to ascend to Heavenly Places and take their position at the place of power and authority with HIM and in HIM as the Body. As priests, they will have access to the Heavenly Places of power and authority to minister to all mankind and convert all of the enemies by Love to believers. It will only occur after the enemies see the power and authority manifested on earth by those who have matured in the perfection of Love and operate solely by HIS Divine Intent. These are the ones spoken of:
16 “This is the covenant that I will make with them after those days, says the LORD: I will put My laws into their hearts, and in their minds I will write them,”
These are the greater works Jesus referred to as His many-membered Body brings Heaven to earth. The glory and brightness of this Body will far exceed the light of the sun to the point where the sun will be darkened in comparison. Our hearts must be circumcised and we must ascend in Love to Heavenly Places where the Right Hand of GOD resides. Only from this vantage point will we rule and reign with Christ.
