The Little Book

Revelation 10:8 Then the voice which I heard from heaven spoke to me again and said, “Go, take the little book which is open in the hand of the angel who stands on the sea and on the earth.”

9 So I went to the angel and said to him, “Give me the little book.”

And he said to me, “Take and eat it; and it will make your stomach bitter, but it will be as sweet as honey in your mouth.”

10 Then I took the little book out of the angel’s hand and ate it, and it was as sweet as honey in my mouth. But when I had eaten it, my stomach became bitter.

11 And he said to me, “You must prophesy again about many peoples, nations, tongues, and kings.”

This book is in the hand of none other than Our Load Jesus Christ.  Is is described as a smaller book or scroll than the book of Isaiah that Jesus read from in Luke 4:17 in the synagogue at Nazareth.  This open book originates from Heaven and John’s attention is directed toward it.  Where did this open book come from?  It is the same book mentioned in Revelation 5:

1 And I saw in the right hand of Him who sat on the throne a scroll written inside and on the back, sealed with seven seals. 2 Then I saw a strong angel proclaiming with a loud voice, “Who is worthy to open the scroll and to loose its seals?” 3 And no one in heaven or on the earth or under the earth was able to open the scroll, or to look at it.

4 So I wept much, because no one was found worthy to open and read the scroll, or to look at it. 5 But one of the elders said to me, “Do not weep. Behold, the Lion of the tribe of Judah, the Root of David, has prevailed to open the scroll and to loose its seven seals.”

The seven seals of the book had been loosed and it was open so that its mysteries could be revealed to one who had it in his possession.  The beloved disciple was given the privilege to access the book.  As I have said many times before Love is the key needed to open what FATHER set before us.  The seven seals pointed to the revealing of the Sons and the trumpets speak of the maturing of the Sons.  This book focuses on the revelation of Jesus Christ and His many-membered body called the Sons of GOD, also known by this writer as the Sons of LOVE.  These Sons are initiated into the Order of Melchizedek, the highest order of the Heavenly priesthood.  Within the overall Order, each comes forth in his own order according to his calling.

John’s revelation of Love allowed him to be the first of many brethren called to “eat” the book.  Many are called but few are chosen to dine on this revelation of Jesus Christ.  Oh what a beautiful book it is!  Those of us hungering and thirsting after righteousness have longed for this book to be presented unto us to consume it so that it becomes in full and complete unity in us, in its entirety.  Many have seen the book from a distance and claimed to BE one of the Sons.  Others have understood some of the seals being loosed and reported on the results with great excitement and thinking they too have arrived.  Those involved in the Latter Rain movement got their hopes up only to find their immaturity thwarted the impartation of power and authority.  But the seed of manifestation was planted allowing us to have an example of the power and authority as well as knowing what not to do when presented with this Heavenly impartation.  We must take the book,  “eat” the book, AND fully digest it.

“Give me the little book.”  John made a decision and chose to go for the book.  Wouldn’t each of us do the same if presented with the same situation?  I know I would and deal with the consequences later for I trust Him too.  Jesus told John to take the book and eat it.  The King of Kings authorized the consumption of this Revelation to John and this destiny has been ordained for each Son who desires to eat the same book.  As we read these words, it is by faith we accept the book.  HIS Word is being spoken to the apprehended ones to come forth and dine.

We are now to the good news and the “other” news- it will taste as sweet as honey but it will be bitter to the stomach.  Everyone gets excited about a revelation coming forth from Heaven.  Martin Paulat was shared several visions FATHER had given him about me back in the 1990’s.  As he communicated each of those visions I was excited and overjoyed.  However when one of the visions would come to pass it was often accompanied by pain, pressure, and stress.  The initial sweetness of the vision had been replaced by the bitterness of its manifestation.  Jesus came to the earth to restore mankind and establish HIS Kingdom but by necessity it involved the cross and death.  Those who are unprepared will not accept the offer to eat the book for they are faint of heart and immature.  Their worldly focus was more important to them when the call to join Our Heavenly Father at HIS Supper came forth.  We must be willing to walk out those aspects that will be bitter to the stomach.  Loving your enemies is one such example.

John had recorded another instance where Jesus told us to drink.  It was during the Feast of Tabernacles and was ushering in the Age of Pentecost:

John 7:37 On the last day, that great day of the feast, Jesus stood and cried out, saying, “If anyone thirsts, let him come to Me and drink. 38 He who believes in Me, as the Scripture has said, out of his belly will flow rivers of living water.” 39 But this He spoke concerning the Spirit, whom those believing in Him would receive; for the Holy Spirit was not yet given, because Jesus was not yet glorified.

This time Jesus is telling John to “eat”.  This is the ushering in of the Age of Tabernacles.  The audience is not “anyone” this time but is designated to the initiated, to those whom the mystery is being revealed.  It is a little book, not for public consumption.  The “public” will receive the benefit once those who have been called to eat have done so.  Once that book becomes “one” with them then the Age will be in full force as each Son comes forth with the power and authority bestowed by the commissioning into the army.  Each will take his place in his designated position within the ranks.

The Truth will be bitter to the carnal man, especially as the bottomless pit is cleared of those pesky locusts.  We will be “detoxed” of all of man’s opiates intended to dull our spiritual senses that in fact left us worse off after the effects wore off.  Anyone who has detoxed knows the bitterness of the removal of those toxins.  It can get pretty ugly.  “Did that really come out of me?” proclaims the patient.  Yes, it WILL stink!  Once the book is consumed and does its work in us, we must expect a positive result-

Out of our belly must come forth the Living Word for we will now be the Living Word!  It is inseparable from us.  The corruptible has put on incorruption and death is swallowed up.  Instead trying to adhere to THE WORD, we will be one with THE WORD.  We will be HIS expression on this earth and all men will in some manner respond to the LIVING WORD.  It’s time to eat!
