Vitamin D3

Dr. Sherry Rogers is a well-known physician whom I have personally met.  She was a friend of Dr. Speckhart.  In her latest newsletter she focuses on the medical world’s lack of understanding of the need for vitamin D3 on a daily basis.  She states that a minimum of 5,000IU is needed if you want to prevent heart disease, cancer, infections, diabetes, osteoporosis, depression, etc.  (reference: “Total Wellness” March 2015 Page 1)

During the winter months, we take it every day.  In the summer months we spend sufficient time in the sun reducing the need for a supplement.
