Trusting In HIS Word

Our salvation came forth by HIS Word, nothing else.  Heaven and earth were created by HIS Word, nothing else.  Given this Truth, let us each determine to trust FATHER’S Word more than any other word coming forth from alternative sources.  The original sin was not eating the fruit but instead was distrusting FATHER’S Word concerning the fruit.  The action was secondary to the lack of trust.

Paul wrote by THE SPIRIT in Ephesians chapter 2:

8 For by grace you have been saved through faith, and that not of yourselves; it is the gift of God,

9 not of works, lest anyone should boast.

10 For we are His workmanship, created in Christ Jesus for good works, which God prepared beforehand that we should walk in them.

My salvation came forth by FATHER’S Word.  My baptism of The Holy Spirit came forth by FATHER’S Word as well and both of these events were gifts from FATHER.  I did nothing to deserve salvation but by FATHER’S love, goodwill, and mercy did HE save me from death and destruction.  We are created in Christ for good works as well as a good testimony.  If we are not reflecting a good testimony then we must make the needed corrections in our lives to change the situation.  If we don’t then why would anyone want to give their life to Christ?

In Hebrews 11 it is written by THE SPIRIT:

6 But without faith it is impossible to please Him,for he who comes to God must believe that He is, and that He is a rewarder of those who diligently seek Him.

Are we diligently seeking HIM with all our hearts?  Are we taking steps to fully trust IN HIM rather than man’s logic and reasoning?  FATHER rewards us as we diligently seek HIM.  With what?  Love, joy, peace, longsuffering, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, self-control, and sufficiency in all things.

Faith is believing that what FATHER said is true.  Faith means you expect FATHER to do what HE promised to do and that is why faith comes by hearing the Word of GOD.  Without hearing or reading HIS Word, we don’t know what HE promised to do.  How can you expect FATHER to do what HE promised if you don’t know HIS Word?  These writings are intended to expose you to HIS promises so that you can develop faith to have these promises operating in your life.  Is up to each of us to read, study, dwell upon, and memorize if necessary HIS Word until we fully trust in HIS Word at a personal level.  Once we know FATHER’S promise and expect HIM to do it, that is faith.  Faith is accepting FATHER’S promises and being so convinced they are true that you act on them despite anything that contradicts them.

In Mark chapter 11 Jesus spoke:

22 So Jesus answered and said to them, “Have faith in God.”

Whether FATHER’S Word seems reasonable or not, have faith IN HIM for Jesus is the author and finisher of our faith by the results He produced on the cross.  Our salvation is the first testimony of our trust IN FATHER’S ability to redeem us from sin and death but let us not stop there.  For FATHER made Jesus who knew no sin to be sin for us, that we might become the righteousness of God in Him (2 Cor 5:21).

Those who do not trust FATHER are subject to sin and death, as the Law requires.  However, Peter wrote by THE SPIRIT in his second epistle chapter 3:

9 The Lord is not slack concerning His promise, as some count slackness, but is longsuffering toward us, not willing that any should perish but that all should come to repentance.

It is FATHER’S will that we trust HIS Word in order for none to perish.  This is what Love does for Love has no pleasure in man perishing or suffering.  This Love was expressed in John chapter 3:

16 For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life.

17 For God did not send His Son into the world to condemn the world, but that the world through Him might be saved.

Jesus became our substitute and died to bear our sin, pain, and punishment so that we would not have to suffer the consequences of sin ourselves.  Do we have faith in what Jesus did for our salvation?  If so, let us believe FATHER’S Word in other areas as well, especially healing.  You may say “I’m not sick so why focus in that area?”.  If you know someone who is sick then shouldn’t you Love them enough to find a solution to their problem?  Isn’t that what Love does?  Let us minister to a dying and hurting world but in order to do that we must know FATHER’S Word and trust in IT as well.
