FATHER’S Reliability

It is written by THE SPIRIT in Deuteronomy chapter 31:

6 “Be strong and of good courage, do not fear nor be afraid of them; for the LORD your God, He is the One who goes with you. He will not leave you nor forsake you.”

Our Heavenly Father is 100% reliable in every Word coming forth from HIM.  Who else would we want with us in the challenges we face?  FATHER is consistent in HIS commitments made to us by HIS Word and HE does not vary or change HIS character depending on the situation.  When HE makes a statement we should count on it to come to pass.  However we must not try to second guess HIS ways because HE will use all the factors coming into play to uniquely fulfill HIS Word in our lives.

We have a responsibility in our relationship with HIM just as Joshua was told in the above Scripture.  “Be strong and of good courage” is required of us as well for we will meet resistance from the world which has its own agenda in regard to our future.  We must not fear or be afraid of those who oppose us but instead trust FATHER to come to our defense.  HE will use other people on our behalf to cause HIS plan to come to fruition.  Those other people may be vessels of honor or vessels of dishonor, depending on the situation.  It is not our concern whom FATHER uses to bring forth HIS result.  After all, HE created all who walk the earth and knows the best use of their talents.

There have been times in my life when the future looked bleak but knowing that FATHER would never leave me nor forsake me gave me comfort and encouragement to continue on the path HE had me follow.  HE expects us to walk in faith and if there is never a challenge set before us how can we expect our faith to be exercised and grow stronger?  We must expect our faith to be tested.

We should know that THE LORD OUR GOD goes with us for HE is not some distant god who cannot hear us.  HE is with me when I awaken in the morning and is accessible all day, every day.  HIS Holy Spirit dwells inside of us thus we are always able to communicate with HIM everywhere we go.  I do not hesitate to talk to HIM throughout the day.  I seek to be led by HIS SPIRIT as I go about my daily activities because I know that FATHER will never leave nor forsake me.

My friend Kemper asked FATHER the following question. “What is the glory of THE LORD?”  HIS reply was “It is the manifestation of MY Intent.”  As we each seek to manifest FATHER’S Divine Intent in our lives, we will be able to see the Glory of THE LORD before our very eyes.  As we go about our daily activities and deal with the opposition to our calling, let us be strong and of good courage as we walk out FATHER’S directives for our lives.  This will allow each of us to see HIS Glory go before us.  Know that FATHER’S reliability means that HE is always willing and available to bring HIS Glory in our daily activities if we will only walk according to HIS plan for us.  Let us not be fearful when the opposition arises but let our faith IN HIM prevail.  Let us place our faith in the reality of FATHER being totally reliable in making sure HIS Word comes to pass.
