Choking Points?

Do you have a choking point in your walk with GOD?

Luke wrote by The Holy Spirit in Acts chapter 1:

3 To them also Jesus showed Himself alive after His passion (His suffering in the garden and on the cross) by [a series of] many convincing demonstrations [unquestionable evidences and infallible proofs], appearing to them during forty days and talking [to them] about the things of the Kingdom of God.  AMPL

FATHER spoke Words and THE SPIRIT OF GOD made the Words come to full manifestation.

4 And while being in their company and eating with them, He commanded them not to leave Jerusalem but to wait for what the Father had promised, Of which [He said] you have heard Me speak.

5 For John baptized with water, but not many days from now you shall be baptized with (placed in, introduced into) the Holy Spirit.

The Holy Spirit is very important to Jesus for He commanded the disciples to wait for what FATHER had promised in John chapter 14:

15 “Loving me empowers you to obey my commands. 16–17 And I will ask the Father and HE will give you another Savior, the Holy Spirit of Truth, Who will be to you a friend just like Me—and He will never leave you. The world won’t receive Him because they can’t see him or know him. But you will know Him intimately, because He will make his home in you and will live inside you.

We are to know The Holy Spirit in an intimate fashion because He lives inside us when we invite Him in.  Did Jesus only speak the Words FATHER gave Him?  Absolutely, so we must accept the Truth that The Holy Spirit is FATHER’S Divine Intent to dwell inside each of us who are HIS sheep.  Jesus continues:

18 “I promise that I will never leave you helpless or abandon you as orphans—I will come back to you! 19 Soon I will leave this world and they will see me no longer, but you will see me, because I will live again, and you will come alive too. 20 So when that day comes, you will know that I am living in the Father and that you are one with Me, for I will be living in you. 21 Those who truly Love Me are those who obey My commands. Whoever passionately Loves me will be passionately Loved by my Father. And I will passionately Love you in return and will manifest My life within you.”

Are you willing to fully accept and embrace these Words Jesus spoke, or do you have a choking point concerning being fully led by The Holy Spirit in such an intimacy?  There is a trusted, open, and close relationship when one is intimate with you.  There are no barriers or defenses placed between you and the One you seek to unconditionally Love.  You become an open book!

Jesus responded to the following question and spoke in Acts chapter 1:

6 So when they were assembled, they asked Him, Lord, is this the time when You will reestablish the Kingdom and restore it to Israel?

7 He said to them, It is not for you to become acquainted with and know what time brings [the things and events of time and their definite periods] or fixed years and seasons (their critical niche in time), which the Father has appointed (fixed and reserved) by HIS own choice and authority and personal power.

8 But you shall receive power (ability, efficiency, and might) when the Holy Spirit has come upon you, and you shall be My witnesses in Jerusalem and all Judea and Samaria and to the ends (the very bounds) of the earth.

9 And when He had said this, even as they were looking [at Him], He was caught up, and a cloud received and carried Him away out of their sight.

After forty days of teaching the disciples about the Kingdom, they still wanted to focus on timing.  Jesus clearly stated that only FATHER knew when the Kingdom was to be reestablished on earth.  Why should we focus on timing when Jesus clearly indicated not to do so.  Jesus returned their focus to receiving The Holy Spirit Who was and is to establish the Kingdom in our hearts resulting in us expanding the Kingdom on earth.  This is His stated priority.

The disciples’ priority was to find out “when” and Jesus’ priority was and is to direct them to “who” and “what to do” when He departs.  They were focusing on the physical and Jesus was leading them to the Spiritual.  That priority has not changed!

When people place such a priority on “when” at the expense of acting on one’s intended destiny, they become fruitless and simply do nothing to expand the Kingdom.  Some even quit their jobs and sold their belongings expecting the immediate return of Christ.  When it didn’t happen, they were devastated.  They listened to false prophets who promoted such an expectation for those who were taken in by man’s logic and reasoning rather than being led by The Holy Spirit.

When The Holy Spirit came in Acts chapter 2, the reversal of Babel occurred.  Men were previously bent on evil but now by The Holy Spirit, men could and should walk in unity by submitting to The Holy Spirit.  This is the one common language we can all speak and be led into full unity.  What will be the result?  Nothing shall be impossible!

FATHER had to come down to Babel and stop the unity among the people since they were intending to use that unity for unrighteousness.  On the day of Pentecost, HE restored our ability to come into unity so that we could walk in complete righteousness and fulfill our Divine destiny.  The results would benefit mankind and lead people to Christ.  Those who are led by The Holy Spirit produce good fruit and in turn people are drawn to life and Holiness.

Each day I ask The Holy Spirit “what” He wants me to do, say, and communicate to others.  I also ask “when” He wants me to act and “where” He wants me to go.  I don’t concern myself with “why” since He will tell me in due time when I have “the need to know”.  He will also instruct me “how” to do certain things even if they don’t seem logical or reasonable… and that is no longer an issue as it once was when I was young and immature.

I now rely totally on The Holy Spirit to sustain me in all that I do.  I no longer want to have an opinion but only want to walk in Absolute Truth, and that only comes from Above.  I trust you are moving into that same mindset.  Man’s solutions to the problems we currently face are only temporary in nature.  The Holy Spirit’s solutions are permanent.

Man’s doctrines outside the Perfect Will of GOD create choking points thus keeping people from full maturity in Christ.  Any form of rejecting The Holy Spirit is the primary choking point from full maturity.  We are to be intimate with The Holy Spirit, not a casual acquaintance.  Remove any doctrine that is contrary to the Words of Jesus spoken in the above passages.
