There are those who are called to enter into the “Promised” land today but many will give excuses such as is found in Luke 14:
17 and sent his servant at supper time to say to those who were invited, ‘Come, for all things are now ready.’
18 But they all with one accord began to make excuses. The first said to him, ‘I have bought a piece of ground, and I must go and see it. I ask you to have me excused.’
19 And another said, ‘I have bought five yoke of oxen, and I am going to test them. I ask you to have me excused.’
20 Still another said, ‘I have married a wife, and therefore I cannot come.’
What is so important that you are unwilling to lay your life down for THE LORD GOD ALMIGHTY? Little do people realize that as you give yourself fully to FATHER, HE is able to give HIMSELF fully to you. Let me assure you it is a great life even when the adversary comes to mess with you. Knowing that FATHER is with you allows you to rest in the midst of your enemies:
Psalm 138:7 Though I walk in the midst of trouble, You will revive me;
You will stretch out Your hand against the wrath of my enemies,
And Your right hand will save me.
My daughter recently shared a quote with me: What we fear most often reveals where we trust GOD the least. Only you and FATHER truly know what is in your heart. Whatever your area of weakness is, let FATHER turn it into a strength. Do you have a hard time praying? If so, consider that you don’t have a deep enough relationship with FATHER or you could easily carry on a conversation with HIM. If you knew HIS Ways you could and would proclaim them as you present the request at hand. If you knew Christ The Healer, you would pursue healing through Him rather than a man or woman with a white coat who is practicing on you.
Many are predisposed to focusing on politics, sports, hobbies, etc. whereas I am predisposed with knowing FATHER and HIS ways to the point I can make a blessed difference in people’s lives. When you have a solution to a problem that truly works, you want to share it with others. When you encounter a difficult situation and you are led out of it in a peaceful and positive fashion, you rejoice and seek to share it to the benefit of those willing to listen.
The world is in a persistent state of turmoil now and we must ask who has a solution to all of the problems plaguing mankind today. Only FATHER can bring us out of the muck and mire for there is none with the ability to do so other than HIM. Love is the only answer and the question is will you participate in HIS deliverance as a vessel of honor or will you simply be one of the untold recipients. If you are in the latter group, what will be your excuse for missing out on the most exciting opportunity of a lifetime? Once you begin to know HIS Way, HIS Truth, and HIS Life, you will be at peace in any situation you find yourself in.
Jesus spoke:
John 13:34 “A new commandment I give to you, that you love one another; as I have loved you, that you also love one another. 35 By this all will know that you are My disciples, if you have love for one another.”
Let FATHER flow through you to the benefit of others.
