It’s All About Relationship

Are you seeking a position or a relationship with FATHER?  It is written by The Holy Spirit in Psalm 91:

1 He who dwells in the secret place of the Most High

Shall abide under the shadow of the Almighty.

FATHER told me years ago that titles given by the world were unimportant.  I thought having an MBA (Masters of Business Administration) behind my name would help my career.  HE corrected me and told me that HE would promote me and I didn’t need to impress others with a title.  It is all about relationship with HIM!

The benefits of such a relationship are stated in Psalm 91:

9 Because you have made the LORD, who is my refuge,

Even the Most High, your dwelling place,

10 No evil shall befall you,

Nor shall any plague come near your dwelling;

11 For He shall give His angels charge over you,

To keep you in all your ways.

12 In their hands they shall bear you up,

Lest you dash your foot against a stone.

13 You shall tread upon the lion and the cobra,

The young lion and the serpent you shall trample underfoot.

14 “Because he has set his love upon Me, therefore I will deliver him;

I will set him on high, because he has known My name.

15 He shall call upon Me, and I will answer him;

I will be with him in trouble;

I will deliver him and honor him.

16 With long life I will satisfy him,

And show him My salvation.”

People will quote various promises in Scripture yet they will not make a full commitment to be “all in” with FATHER.  They will hold back out of fear thus they have not yet received the revelation of Agape Love in their life.  They are still dealing with fear of failure and rejection.  As we embrace FATHER’S unconditional Love for us, we will seek an intimacy beyond what an earthly father can bring forth.

In order to be in HIS shadow, you have to qualify to be there.  You must walk in the relationship to receive the benefits.  Many focus on being placed in the position or title of being one of the Sons but do very little to encourage a relationship with FATHER.  Every one of us will be asked the question: What did you do with what you had?  Many will shed tears of sorrow when they are shown their past filled with inactivity associated with FATHER’S directives and priorities.

Cheerful giving is an act of faith and FATHER Loves a cheerful giver.  Ministering Jesus Christ to others should be our priority.  Our life should be filled with acts of kindness toward others thus representing Our Heavenly Father to all.  If we don’t truly know HIM through a relationship, how can we effectively represent HIM?  The world needs “Fathers” not just instructors.  We should be actively destroying the works of the devil.

It is written by The Holy Spirit in Hebrews chapter 10:

19 And now we are brothers and sisters in God’s family because of the blood of Jesus, and He welcomes us to come right into the most holy sanctuary in the heavenly realm—boldly and with no hesitation. 20 For He has dedicated a new, life-giving way for us to approach God. For just as the veil was torn in two, Jesus’ body was torn open to give us free and fresh access to him!

21 And since we now have a magnificent King-Priest to welcome us into God’s house, 22 we come closer to God and approach him with an open heart, fully convinced by faith that nothing will keep us at a distance from HIM. For our hearts have been sprinkled with blood to remove impurity and we have been freed from an accusing conscience and now we are clean, unstained, and presentable to God inside and out!

23 So now we must cling tightly to the hope that lives within us, knowing that God always keeps HIS promises! 24 Discover creative ways to encourage others and to motivate them toward acts of compassion, doing beautiful works as expressions of Love.

When we enter into this closeness with FATHER, HE will reveal secrets to us for we are now fully trustworthy.  At this point, we will ask FATHER what is on HIS mind rather than being preoccupied with our thoughts.  Now our priorities will be in full alignment with HIS.  It is all about relationship!
